Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Pine & Peak Home Care Services. These Terms & Conditions outline the expectations between our company and our valued clients. By booking our services, you agree to the terms below.

Our goal is to provide reliable, high-quality cleaning services while maintaining transparency and professionalism.

1. Services Provided

Pine & Peak Home Care Services provides residential and commercial cleaning services as agreed upon at the time of booking. Services may include:

  • Standard cleaning

  • Deep cleaning

  • Move-in / move-out cleaning

  • Recurring cleaning services

  • Specialized add-on services

Specific tasks will be outlined during booking.

2. Scheduling & Access

Clients agree to provide safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time.

If entry cannot be gained upon arrival:

  • A lockout fee may apply.

  • The appointment may need to be rescheduled.

If keys, alarm codes, or entry instructions are provided, they will be used solely for scheduled cleaning services.
 

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change.

  • We request at least 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Recurring clients who repeatedly cancel may be removed from the schedule.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed.

We accept approved payment methods communicated during booking.

Late payments may result in:

  • Service suspension

  • Late fees on overdue balances
     

5. Pricing

All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of booking.

Final pricing may be adjusted if:

  • The home condition differs significantly from what was described

  • Additional services are requested

  • The size of the property differs from initial details

We will communicate any changes before proceeding whenever possible.
 

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us.

If you are not satisfied with your cleaning service:

  • Please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

  • We will return to address missed areas at no additional charge.

Refunds are not typically issued; instead, we prioritize re-cleaning concerns promptly.
 

7. Safety & Working Conditions

For the safety of our team:

  • Aggressive pets must be secured during service.

  • Hazardous conditions must be disclosed in advance.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is unsafe.
     

8. Damages & Breakage

While we take great care in your home or business:

  • Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service.

  • We are not responsible for damage due to normal wear and tear, unstable items, or improperly installed fixtures.

  • Claims will be reviewed and resolved fairly.
     

9. Personal Property

Clients are responsible for securing cash, jewelry, and other valuables prior to service. Pine & Peak Home Care Services is not responsible for lost or misplaced items not reported within 24 hours.
 

10. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

  • The environment poses a health or safety risk

  • Inappropriate behavior occurs

  • Payment terms are not met
     

11. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The most current version will always be available upon request or posted on our website.
